The PDGE, winner of the May 26 elections in Equatorial Guinea

First Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, Democracy and Minister of Internal Affairs and Local Corporations, Clemente Engonga Nguema Onguene, has reported in a public reading of the final official results of the general elections for Deputies, Senate and Municipalities that were held on Sunday, May 26. According to the count of these votes, the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea (PDGE) obtained the absolute majority in all the constituencies. Only the party Convergence for Social Democracy (CPDS) obtained social representation with 1 deputy, 1 senator and 5 councillors.
