October 4, 2012, is now a historic day for Equatorial Guinea, whose national airline company has made its first intercontinental flight: specifically to Spain. The Boeing 777 arrived on time in the Spanish capital, where a major celebration was held to mark the event.
At 4 p.m., the Boeing 777 of the company Ceiba Intercontinental landed without any complications, in which different personalities travelled to the country, along with the media, company professionals and many other passengers. These included the Delegate Minister responsible for Civil Aviation, Fausto Abeso, and the Minister of Information, Press and Radio, Agustin Nze Nfumu, among others.
Once in Barajas, the success of the first intercontinental flight of the national Equatorial Guinean company was celebrated with great joy by the many people waiting for the passengers. Together they have participated in the opening ceremony, including a cocktail party, at which the Director of Madrid Barajas Airport, the Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea in Spain, Narciso Ntugu Abeso, and the Minister for Civil Aviation, Fausto Abeso, spoke.
