On June 25, the President of the Republic passed various decrees of cessation and appointments within the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the African Development Bank.

These decrees ordered the cessation of Jose Ela Oyana, in the position of Governor to the World Bank and Martin Crisantos Ebe Mba, in the post pf Governor to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and to the African Development Bank (ADB).
The new appointments are those of Marcelino Owono Edu as Governor to the IMF and Governor to the ADB, those of Conrado Okenve Ndo as Governor to the World Bank and of Fortunato Ofa Mbo as Deputy Governor to the World Bank and ADB.
