New appointments in the Ministries of Defense and Mining, Industry and Energy – posted by www.equatorialguineaonline.com

On Tuesday, October 4, the President of the Republic signed a series of decrees that appoint and dismiss new Secretaries of State and Director-General in the Ministries of Defense and Mining, Industry and Energy. Here we publish the decrees in their entirety.
Presidency of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.

Decree 130/2011 on October 4, by which Jesus Nguema Edu is appointed Director-General of Military Intelligence in the Ministry of National Defense.
In response to the circumstances of Jesus Nguema Edu, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Article 39-g of the Fundamental Law of the State, I appoint him Director-General of National Intelligence in the Ministry of National Defense.

It is so ordered by this decree, in Bata on October 4, 2011.

Decree 131/2011 on October 4, by which Miguel Angel Ondo Angue is dismissed as Secretary of State for Energy at the Ministry of Mining, Industry and Energy.

In order to obtain better service, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Article 39-g of the Fundamental Law of the State, I dismiss Miguel Angel Ondo Angue as Secretary of State for Energy at the Ministry of Mining, Industry and Energy.

It is so ordered by this decree, in Bata on October 4, 2011.

Decree 132/2011 on October 4, by which Pancracio Ebee Ngua is dismissed as Director General of Energy at the Ministry of Mining, Industry and Energy.

In order to obtain better service, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Article 39-g of the Fundamental Law of the State, I hereby dismiss Pancracio Ebee Ngua in the position of Director-General of Energy at the Ministry of Mining, Industry and Energy.

It is so ordered by this decree, in Bata on October 4, 2011.

Decree 133/2011 on October, by which Miguel Angel Ondo Angue is appointed as Secretary of State for Industry at the Ministry of Mining, Industry and Energy.

In response to the circumstances of Miguel Angel Ondo Angue, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Article 39-g of the Fundamental Law of the State, I appoint him Secretary of State for Industry at the Ministry of Mining, Industry and Energy.

It is so ordered by this decree, in Bata on October 4, 2011.

Decree 134/2011 on October 4, by whcih Pancracio Ebee Ngua is appointed Secretary of State for Energy at the Ministry of Mining, Industry and Energy.

In response to the circumstances of Pancracio Ebee Ngua and exercising the powers conferred upon me by Article 39-g of the Fundamental Law of the State, I appoint him Secretary of State for Energy at the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy.

It is so ordered by this decree, in Bata on October 4, 2011.

Decree 135/2011 on October 4, by which Manuel Eugenio Manguire Ekomo is appointed Regional Director of the national electricity company SEGESA.

In response to the circumstances of Manuel Eugenio Manguire Ekomo, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Article 39-g of the Fundamental Law of the State, I appoint him Deputy Regional Director of the national electricity company in SEGESA in the Continental Region.

It is so ordered by this decree, in Bata on October 4, 2011.
