Generalization of whatever is negative

The doom and gloom international media or a commanding section of it, relishes generalization of whatever is negative, that takes place on the continent. And what Laurent Gbagbo is currently doing, will give the impression that, the African continent is led by leaders of the pattern of Paul Biya, Robert Mugabe, Mwai Kibaki, Omar Hassan Al Bashire, Hosni Mobarack and Meles Zenawi, leaders who are ready to spark genocide in a bid to keep their power and its privileges at all or any cost. While the latter are leaders who often make negative headlines in the western media, the continent nevertheless, has democrRead more >atically elected leaders in Benin, Botswana, Cape Verde, Malawi, Mali, Nigeria, Namibia, Senegal, Tanzania Seychelles, Mauritius, South Africa and in Zambia. There are also leaders in countries such as Congo-Brazzaville and Equatorial Guinea, who have made efforts toward democracy and the development of infrastructure in their countries and these has to be mentioned. What a section of international media will never mentioned is that, in that same west African region there are successful democracies such as those of Benin, Cape Verde, Mali ,Ghana and Sierra Leon.
