Luanda – The ambassador of Equatorial Guinea, José Micha Akeny, stressed Tuesday in Luanda, the excellent bilateral relations between Angola and his country with the deepening of various agreements in the fields of fisheries, agriculture and oil.
Speaking to ANGOP, as part of the celebrations of National Day, the Spanish-speaking country’s diplomat highlighted the closely and dynamism relationship that has known since the beginning, after independence in 1975.
He added that with the intention to deepen further the bilateral relations, soon will arrive in Luanda a multi-sectoral delegation of his country, with the aim of signing agreements in the fields of education and agriculture, considered key areas for the development of any state.
José Micha Akeny said that the government of Equatorial Guinea is interested in maintaining an exchange with the Agostinho Neto University, because the West African nation needs staff trained in several areas in which the Angolan government is better served.
He stated the purpose of exchange that exists between Angola’s oil company Sonangol and Gepetrole of Equatorial Guinea, with staff training in this area.
