The Minister went ahead to praise the relationship between them and the co-hosts Gabon
-If Equatorial Guinea is organizing the Cup it is thanks to Gabon, because it was Gabon who proposed that we co-host it. There’s always been a good understanding between the two states and the two organizing committees, we’re working together pretty well
The AFCON tournament will kick off on 21st January, 2012 in Equatorial Guinea with the final in Gabon on 12 February.
