The focus of discussions during the joint audience that Minister Agapito Mba Mokuy had with the Ambassadors of Brazil and Nigeria: Eliana Puglia da Costa y Sunday B. Bassey, respectively, was the intensification of the preparations for the Summit of Africa and South America (ASA), to be held in Equatorial Guinea from February 20 to 23. This meeting was also attended by the Ambassador Representative of Equatorial Guinea in the African Union, Ruben Maye, the Secretary-General of the Ministry and the Director of the Office of the Minister.
Knowledge of the peoples of Africa and South America will also be the focus of the summit and, in relation to it, during the event, various cultural events will be held apart from the ministerial meetings, explained the Ambassador of Brazil after his audience with the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
For his part, Wang Shixiong, Chinese Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, attended the audience to say farewell to Agapito Mba Mokuy, after completing his mission in our country for a period of two years.
