H.E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo met on the morning of January 8 with the Dean of the School of Education of Boston University, Dr. Hardin Coleman, to outline various aspects of the implementation of the American University of Central Africa, in the city of Oyala.
Starting in September of 2015 the American University of Central Africa will begin to operate, recently built by the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea in the city of Oyala, in the mainland.
This information comes from the audience that the Head of State of Equatorial Guinea, Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, granted on Thursday in Mongomo with the Dean the School of Education of Boston University, Dr. Hardin L. K. Coleman.
The meeting was attended by several officials of the education sector, including the Minister of Education and Science, Jesus Engonga Ndong.
The purpose of the meeting was to outline various aspects regarding the upcoming operation of this new university, with the support and technical assistance from the University of Boston.
