The headquarters of the Government Presidency in Malabo II, was the venue for the signing, on Tuesday, August 20, of the new technical assistance contract for the computerization project of the public administration. This agreement will modernize the way public servants work.
The Prime Minister of Government for Administrative Coordination, Vicente Ehate Tomi, witnessed the signature of the contract, during which the Minister of Finance and Budgets, Marcelino Owono Edu, representing the Government, while Jorge Lopes did so for the company of Cape Verde that will carry out the provision. It is the company Nucleo Operacional da Sociedade de Informacao.
Ehate, in his speech and after the signing of this agreement, began to recall and thank the intervention of the Head of State to carry out this project. He also stressed that the Government is particularly pleased and, as Prime Minister, promised to follow up so that all parties fulfill their responsibilities.
The company director, Jorge Lopes, said that his company will work to achieve positive results in the periods established by the Government: “The contract will have a duration of two years, but we will work so that the results can be seen in six months,” he said.
