H.E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo sanctioned the decree in Bata, on April 30, by which Carlos Mangue Elenku was dismissed as Attorney General of the Republic in order to achieve better service and appointed David Nguema Obiang appointed as the new Attorney General.
According to Decree No. 47/2012, dated April 30, in order to obtain better service and exercising his powers under Article 39, paragraph i) of the Basic Law of the State, the President of the Republic provided for the cessation Carlos Mangue Elenku as Attorney General of the Republic and appointed David Nguema Obiang to the post.
On the same day, by the Order dated April 30, 2012 and exercising the powers conferred upon the President in Article 39, paragraph g) of the Basic Law of the State, and in order to achieve better service, he decreed the cessation of Pablo Nsue Ela as Notary of the Island Region and the appointment to the same office of Fernando Engonga Obama.
