A total of eight ambassadors of friend countries that cooperate with the Republic of Equatorial Guinea came on Wednesday, May 23, to the People’s Palace of Malabo to present their Credential Letters to the Head of State H.E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.
Kwak Ji Hwang was the first to perform these diplomatic formalities, that identify him as the new Extraordinary Ambassador and Plenipotentiary of North Korea accredited in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. Ji Hwang, 66 years old, has held other responsibilities, such as Third Secretary of the Representation of the People’s Republic of Korea at the UN.
Seikou Amadou Tiany is the new Ambassador of the Republic of Guinea Conakry in the Government of Malabo. Born in 1948, has held responsibilities such as his country’s Representative of the chamber of commerce in Algeria and Tunisia and Consul of Guinea Conakry in Algiers.
Masao Kobayashi, new Ambassador of Japan in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, has been First Secretary of the Japanese Embassy in Algeria, First Secretary at the same Embassy in Cambodia and Consul General in Marseille and Strasbourg.
Alein Aime Niamitwe is the new Ambassador for the Republic of Burundi before the Government of Malabo. Born in 1971, he has been a professional of social communication media, he is married and has three children.
Pres Mistaw Nieslowisky, Ambassador of Poland in Equatorial Guinea, has been Ambassador of Poland in Nigeria, Consul General in Abuja and head of regional programs in the Kosovo area.
Lastly, Sonforia Koddjo Achode, Al Hassan Conteh and Urs Berner are the new Ambassadors of the Republic of Benin, of the Republic of Liberia and that of the Confederation of Switzerland before the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
