With two weeks to go until the 9th Summit of the Sullivan Foundation, the organizing subcommittees of this event met on Monday, July 30, to review new aspects of its coordination.
The Delegate Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Pedro Ela Nguema Buna, as General Coordinating President of the 9th Summit of the Sullivan Foundation, presided over another meeting on Monday, July 30, in the conference room of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. During the meeting, they assessed the organization and evolution of the work of the subcommittees.
Both Pedro Ela, and Santiago Nsobeya Efuman -who is the general coordinator of the organization- recalled the need for the subcommittees to work closely together to obtain the best results.
The obligations corresponding to each, and the confirmation of the arrival of the delegations were also among the topics discussed. Other issues were also clarified and finalized during the meeting, as well as some pending issues.
-“The success of the organization of the summit is guaranteed, and it is time for each subcommittee to assume its responsibility”, stated Ela Nguema Buna.
At the meeting, the subcommittees also presented their budgets.
