Minister Eugenio Nse Obiang met on Monday, April 20, with graduates of Journalism studies of the UNGE, to show the support of the department in charge. According to the Minister of Information, this objective is part of one of the main points of the extended range of activities of his mandate.

This talk, which was held in an atmosphere of brotherhood, in one of the meeting rooms of National Radio of Equatorial Guinea had the main objective, according to the Minister, of providing support to students, to comply with the agreement between the UNGE and the Ministry of Information, Press and Radio, whose purpose is to provide the opportunity to have internships in the national media and in printed media.
Another point discussed at the meeting was also the holding of several refresher and training courses on radio, television and printed media, with subjects such as voice-over, presentation or writing, among others.
Nze Obiang, in his speech, first congratulated the students present for the effort they make daily in their studies, and revealed that “one of the main goals of my new team is to establish a new dynamic between the UNGE and the Ministry, providing more support to the finalist students to integrate them directly into the world of work.”
The Minister of Information also said that he will be a graduate of said university, and has appealed to his interlocutors to focus on studying and acquiring more knowledge for a better future and so they can contribute to the growth of the nation.
This meeting was also attended by the Secretary General of the Ministry, Manuel Ndong Bibang and the Director General of Information, Radio and Television, Virgilio Ela Motu.
