Four ministers from different departments of the Administration of the Republic of Chad were received on Friday, March 6, by the President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, H.E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, who also received the head of the regional branch of the Red Cross International for Central Africa, Simon Peter Brooks.
It dealt with the Ministers of the departments of Foreign Affairs, Infrastructures, Economy and Trade and Transportation, who were in Malabo to attend the First Joint Commission meeting between the Government of N’Djamena (Chad) and Malabo (Equatorial Guinea), which took place from March 5 to 6. During the meeting, the two African States signed several multi-sector agreements regarding cooperation.
Precisely at the meeting with the Head of State of Equatorial Guinea, the attending personalities, in addition to congratulating and thanking H.E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo for strengthening the cooperation ties, also provided timely information and have taken the opportunity to communicate the progress of this session’s work.
Moreover, the head of the regional delegation, Simon Peter Brooks, was presented on Friday, March 6, to the President of the Republic, to give account of the activities of the institution carried out in Central Africa.
